In some places where the word Allah is used, 'God' would be a better fit. (see image) Here you could either say ...believes in one God, Allah. Or believes in one God.

Also, on that same image, you have (PBUH) in brackets. Personally, I'm not a fan of the acronym, I believe you're either saying it, or you're not.

Also, with the other prophets you wrote alayhis-salam in full at times, other places it was not mentioned, so there is a lack of consistency.
